Buyer's Guide

Your house is likely to be the most expensive purchase you will ever make. In addition to being a huge financial committment it's also the place where you and your family make your life and build memories.

Although looking for your new home can be exciting it can also be stressful. Our job as Realtors is to reduce the stress by guiding our clients through their home search and acheive the best results. At Charlotte and the Lake Real Estate we take our responsibilities extremely seriously and can honestly say that our motivation is your complete satisfaction.

Whether you're a first time buyer, relocating from out of town, downsizing or looking for a new place for your growing family we have the experience to truly understand your needs and the knowledge to know how best to help.

Most Buyer's Agent commissions are paid by the Seller so there's no expense for you to have a qualified expert represent you through the process. That goes for New Construction too - remember, the Builder's Agent doesn't represent your best interests - make sure you have a professional on your team.

Charlotte and The Lake Agents are licensed Real Estate Agents and Realtors. A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors which requires its members to abide by a strict set of guidelines and ethics rules. We are committed to following those guidelines in order to give our clients the very best representation.
