Davis Lake - Eastfield

This most northerly part of Charlotte benefits from a great location close to all 3 major highways. Just south-west of Uptown, Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s original suburbs and still one of the most popular. Just south of Uptown it offers charm, character and the traditional feel of the neighborhood. Older homes and a wide variety of independent stores and restaurants round out the appeal of this popular commuter friendly neighborhood.

Prices for renovated historical homes can reach prices well over the $1mill mark but single family homes are available starting at around $300,000. Condos can start in the high $100s but the majority of recently renovated/built condo units list at over $200,000.
